Himself "Hanzas Maiznīcas" the brand originated by uniting 4 bakeries in Latvia, thus such a beginning of the historical path has allowed to preserve strong traditions and values, as well as love for baking. JSC "Hanzas maiznīcas" owner of a Finnish company "Vaasan" Oy since 2015. has become an international Swedish concern "Lantmännen ek. för" component, allowing us to strengthen our position in the Baltic Sea region and complement our offering with a number of new products and concepts. At present, its buyers AS "Hanzas Maiznīcas" offers about 40 different fresh bread products, which are mainly represented under such brands as Kungu, Kuršu, Pļavas, Toste, Rudzu Rikas and Brokastu. "Vecā maiznīca" the beginnings can be traced back to 1950. year 1st. in February, when a bakery was opened at Brivibas Street 14k in Rezekne. Today, around 50 different types of bread are produced in the premises of the old bakery and in the modern extension.
